Diamond Rewards Program Application

Diamond Rewards has three levels: One Diamond, Two Diamond, and Three Diamond, each with specific requirements listed below. As with the former Star Rewards Program, eligibility requires applicants have at least one WALA-registered litter.

For Breeder's Choice options: All WALA-registered dogs in your program that have produced at least one litter must meet the selected criteria. For example, if you choose "patellar luxation examination", every proven dog in your program must have passing results uploaded to the WALA Dog Registry.

Eligible members may apply for WALA's Diamond Rewards Program by completing the form below. Applications are accepted year-round but must be resubmitted each year after membership renewal. Rewards remain valid until your next renewal date.

Diamond Rewards Requirements

One Diamond

EIC and PRA/prcd tests (clear by parentage acceptable for one generation only), at least one eye exam by a board-certified veterinary ophthalmologist, and one Breeder's Choice option from the General or Advanced lists below.

Two Diamond

Meet all requirements for One Diamond status, PLUS complete a minimum of 12 hours of annual professional development, PLUS two Breeder's Choice options from the General or Advanced lists below.

Three Diamond

Meet all requirements for Two Diamond status, PLUS two Breeder's Choice options from the Advanced list below.

Final Hip Evaluation from OFA, eVet, FCI, BVA, or PennHip.

Final Elbow Evaluation from OFA, eVet, FCI, or BVA.

Final Patellar Luxation Evaluation over 12 months of age - OFA form signed by veterinarian who performed the exam or OFA certificate accepted.

Actively mentoring a new breeder who has less than 3 years experience through their first litter within the past 24 months. Enter details below.
